Good job Angie, I'm happy to see contributions made to the blog. I'd like this blog to be linked to who ever has a blog so that they are updated about these posts and so that everyone can post. If any of the Crewsade member does not have a blog, well, you can either log into the main Crewsade account and post from there.. or get a blog of your own :) I'd like to leave Angie and Wendy in-charge of this blog and to keep making it look good. Good job guys.

Okay, about the minutes. We need people to volunteer out for what they want to do. Because I don't want to go to people and say "Hey you, you do modelling!" or "Hey you, you're in charge of animating" or stuff like that. I'd like people to do what they want. If we have excess of manpower on one particular task, we can always compromise and split it up. Not an issue there. So please tell me what your interests are or what exactly do you guys want to do so that I can somehow fix the roles accordingly.

Here are the roles that we'll require most likely for the vfx production:
- modeler - animator - lighting artist (using mental ray)
- texture artist - matte painter
- compositor (we need a lot of these) - natural phenomenon (fire, dust, smoke, water, etc)

There may definitely be more roles. Do google up on each of these if you're unsure.

So far, I've these roles based on what some of you have told me:

Please please consider the roles and let me know what you guys are interested in :)

As for getting windows, yes very important! Especially for those who would want to work on Maya. Do consider.

And oh yes, new softwares. I'm thinking of introducing 2 new softwares - Combustion and Fusion - into our pipeline. Both are compositing softwares, and each has their strengths and weaknesses. Do let me know all your opinions on whether you guys want to learn it and use it for this production or you guys prefer to stick to After Effects.
